RAMSEY AND GIROUD TO MISS SWANSEA GAME

Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger has confirmed that, Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey will miss the game
Swansea city due to injury.

Ramsey has been out with an hamstring injury which he picked in the opening game of the season against Liverpool, while Giroud has a cameo appearance in his last three Arsenal games due to his exploits with the French national team in the last European championship.

"Giroud will not be available for Sunday and Aaron Ramsey is also not available," Wenger told a press conference. "Ramsey has worked very hard but he’s had a few little setbacks which have forced us to be cautious with him. He’s not far away now.

"Next week will come too early, it’s a bit of a vicious circle. The longer the setback lasts, the more time you have to dedicate to building up his games again.

"It’s more the time it takes to rebuild his fitness. We have decided to give him a complete pre-season now even if he misses one of two more.

"Giroud will be a little bit the same. I think he starts to jog today for the first time. We have to build his fitness up again."
